Renovation of corporate building in Rīga, Spilves street 2a.
Total building area was 550 sq.m.

Two new storeys were built – walls and decks were constructed. The heat insulation of the building was performed on the facade, which then was covered by decorative facing. In the construction of the roof profiled tinplate was used and heat insulation using special wadding was applied below the covering.
The interior works included the building walls using gypsum pasteboards. The paintwork was used as the main decoration material, which was combined with tiles in bathrooms. Durable linoleum was decked in office rooms.
